Australia Post

This post office used to be good, with helpful service/staff, however recently it has gone downhill rapidly.. the majority of the staff could use some serious customer service training! i have had numerous email notifications from Aust Post to say i have a parcel waiting and when i go to my PO Box to get the card, which is at this PO, 9 times out of 10 there is no card. Then when i go in i am invariably told that the parcel isnt there as there isnt a card! It is only after i insist that that they go look again that i get the " oh look, it mustve just come in!" regardless of the fact my email from the SAME company (Aust Post) tell me its been there for 3 days!
